Who's kiddos are being what?

Kris is going to be a knight.

We made his shield out of cardboard, and painted two swords on it. He did most of the painting and did a great job.

The shirt we made out of an old white pillow case and painted the same swords, its cute. He has no helmet.. but has a cool big wooden sword, we found on the side of the road. I sware. It was so wierd, we needed a sword and whalaa theres one, a cool one too.

Its a very make shift costume but Kris is happy with it, so I am too.

I think make shift costumes are the best. That's more in the spirit of fun for the holiday than spending 20$ on something they will only wear for one day.

Mikey is going to wear a dinosaur costume that my mother-in-law made for my husband when he was Mikey's age. It is so cute and he is so excited about it. Sammy is going to be a little fairy with some wings I got at the dollar store and one of her favorite dress up dresses. This will be her first real halloween and I can't wait. She is such a little candy fiend, I don't know how I am going to keep her from eating it all in one night.:D

my son is going as a ninja and my fiancee's daughter is going as a fairy princes... I'm going as an undead conglomeration of aspects of a pirate and aspects of a victorian gentleman.

Im not dressing up. Its sad i know but i just want to sit and watch scary movies all night. Or possible go to my friends house for a party. not sure whats happening yet.

Those are awesome green tips! I check the home page every day! You should post em on here too, there really good ideas, esp about the treats!
And we dont have smores cliff bars here :bawl: but we recently got blueberry, apple, honey graham and a few others that kris loves! I do too :D

I got the email from the nrdc too about the beluga whales, yipee!!!!

Why yes he does :D I adopt him an animal every year from the wwf and last yr he got a polar bear. He also has a BB gun, his father got it for him, ugh. BUT I could totally use that too,lol
