Peanut Butter Bird Feeder Cakes
(use like suet cakes for the bird feeder)
Wild bird seed
Large Jar of Peanut butter
Waxed paper
Cellophane wrap
Remove the lid from the peanut butter, then place the jar in the microwave. Heat on high at 30 sec intervals until the peanut butter is runny. Pour it into the bowl and add enough bird seed to make a thick, stiff paste.
Turn out the paste onto a waxed paper and, with your fingers, roll the mixture into a log. Wrap the log in the waxed paper and put it in the freezer for one to two hours. Just before delivery, slice the log and wrap individual slices in cellophane.
