login on the noggin

is there something awry with the login?

at first, i thought it was my homeunit, but, it happens at work too.
sometimes i get the welcome message and at other times it doesn't show.
it randomly appears/disappears as i navigate thru the site.
it is bothersome, having to logon two and three times.

fix hiccup please, yes?

I was having a probliem where I had to log in twice but I think it was due to my fiance's laptop, perhaps the processors are the issue but I don't know. Now that I have my laptop running again I haven't had any probliems.
