Did you somehow change the way you see the forum? Cause it looks the same to me, post reply etc...
Cause you can change the way its viewed, maybe that happened, take a look in your user cp under edit options, scroll down to thread display options then to thread display options, mine says linear oldest first, number of posts per page, default and thread cut off says show all threads. Dunno maybe something changed?
