I am happy to announce that the new CD was completed on January 19 - the day that honors Martin Luther King and the day before the inaugaration of Barak Obama. This is very fitting, since the central theme of the CD is hope.
This project was a long time coming, with many false starts. The finished product is an acoustic CD with 7 new songs, a song I wrote in the1980's that seemed to fit the mood of the disc and the country, the fourth arrangement of my song Rainbow Time, and the traditional song Down By The Riverside. Since it ended up as a solo project I could not use the cover that Meg designed. (It appears that "and Friends" is more a dream than a reality. :() I also included two electric versions of songs as bonus tracks.
