ok , im not a vegetarian ! (sorry to say) i tryed being one lol =)
but i heard of a few ppl that eggs are somethin u cant eat wen ur veggie and then i heard of my mum u can eat eggs wen ur a veggie :confused: im confused

VEGAN = no animal products whatsoever; not even honey

Lacto-vegetarian = eats dairy products but no meats or eggs

Ovo-vegetarian = eats eggs but no meats

Ovo-lacto vegetarian = eats eggs and dairy

And there's another category although I'm hard-pressed to call it "vegetarian"...

Pesco vegetarian = eats fish and seafood

If people are going to be vegetarian for compassionate reasons, why not just go all the way. I honestly cannot stand people who say they're vegetarian because they believe that cruelty is wrong...and then eat eggs and dairy...or even fish! Goodness.
