not bad at all!! I live in the country that not many people want to venture to or have cars that will make it too so I can relate!!
I have lots of respect for you pedeta, you seem to have lots of knowledge about many things, your also my outdoor goddess!! :nature-sm

ya country living is different I love it though, I couldnt imagine having neighbors it would be weird Ive always lived in the country though and yes everyone waves or gives you the head nod, and everyone knows your buisness but I could care less about that, I am the single mom who just bought that house on wheeler road, who's the father wheres the father?? oh god its a mystery which I love to keep going its great!! I had a few old ladies come to give me cookies which was sweet and they were snooping around kind of in an nosy old lady way, asking half asked questions which I half assed answered!! gotta give them something to keep em going heehee!!!
but other then that not many visitors, my friends have all got different lives now so I dont see them to often any more, but I do have a male friendship that has been getting kida serious which is freaking me out!! anyway this is not poetry is it!!! they give us a poetry forum and look at me

i can relate as well although i moved into a town (technically) its just three or four streets off the highway & then its surrounded by fields. my parents house is in the country & i love it here! yesterday was the 1st day i hung out w/ someone my age but i couldnt relate to them at all! people my age seem to talk shit about everyone & are just unpleasant to be around. so i would rather stay alone in my country house than be around people who bring me down. & ild rather hang out here than w/ people who are un-kynd, un-caring, & un-nice ;)

Aww, people your age that don't talk shit about everyone are there somewhere, I refuse to believe that everyone your age is like that, unless they are the only ones your age...Have faith, you'll find them. :)
