Im getting so tired after I eat and kinda dizzy feeling. Its wierd and I dont know what it could be. Thyroid? Sometimes its not just when I eat I feel so tired all the time, Im working harder now with the garden and yard but Ive never felt like this. Like right now I could just fall asleep typing this, and I feel all spinney and whoa.
Anyone else ever experience this?

I get dizzy and sickly feeling if I overexert myself. Sometimes my food sets wrong, I get gas, and I feel like I'm dying. Dizzy, my eyes don't seem to want to focus properly, feel short-breathed, it's nasty and scary.
You've been doing an awful lot lately, maybe you need to pace yourself. Sometimes the body can have a huge rebellion when it's made to do things it's not used to. I read up on potassium, a while back, and learned that a lot of physical activity can lower it quite a lot.
Don't know if any of what I've said helps, I'll keep you in my prayers :) I feel like I know what you're going through and I hate for anyone to suffer from that.

Ya that is how I feel, like my eyes wont focus. No shortness of breath though..really thirsty while I feel like that.
Its no fun at all. I eat bananas, not everyday. I may need to try that.
Were going camping this weekend I will relax, maybe that will help.
Thanks your my favorite nutjob :D

If you're feeling really thirsty you might be dehydrated. Pinch up some skin on the back of your hand then let go. If the skin goes right back down, instantly, then you have plenty of fluids. If it slowly goes down, then you're dehydrated.
If it's gas, burping like crazy can help.
Hope you get better soon :)
