Any Juicers here? I bought one at a yard sale it works great a Jack Lalanne power juicer. Im addicted!!!! But I juiced too many beets and that was BAD!!! Hot pick bodily functions, it was crazy!
Just wondered if anyone has any great recipes, Im new to this so I have been experimenting. And reading up about it as well, I didnt realize it was bad to juice and drink too many beets. Live and learn...
I feel great though since I started, my skin is clearer too!
So far Ive done Carrots, Apples, Oranges, Beets. Im going to do cucumbers tonight and celery. I want to try leafy greens Im just leary?
