Hi there,
I just became a member here and can't wait to browse all the neat threads here. I live in British Columbia with my partner and our 6.5 month old daughter, Crimson. I'm an at home mom right now.
I'm checking out the voluntary simplicity movement and this forum came up in my searches.
Glad to meet all of you http://img52.exs.cx/img52/3778/butterfly4ge.gif

lol! I know, the irony is not lost on me! Right now I'm in the midst of reading "Stepping Lightly" by Mark A. Burch. I have Duane Elgin's book next. Very interesting so far. I was just cruising around looking for inspiration. I'll probably have more to share as I get more into it.
Nappy Dread - yes indeed! That's what we're famous for ;) I'm one of the few that doesn't 'indulge' but I know a whole lot about it.... kind of hard to avoid around here.

Hey treehugger - Chaska is my dog's name! I had no idea that there was a city by the same name. It's czech, usually given to a first born son.
