I know it sounds odd, but what do you guys think about hypnotism to lose weight, or stop smoking, drinking...biting your nails etc.....I know I know, trusting someone you do not know well with your subconscious is probrably not the best idea. However what do you do when your subconscious out weighs your ability to quit doing something that is a detriment to your health.....I am seriously considering it.....Call me crazy, I won't argue.
