Have you ever had a hippie for a boss? How'd it work out? Was he/she a "good" boss?

I've had a hippie-wanna-be for a boss but never a real one....

I've had 2 of such bosses in illegal business ventures (it worked out WELL, and yes good :hippie: )...but no, none in the main stream world of business ;)

I am the "hippie" boss!! Ive have to say I worked out well, everyone enjoys me and doesnt mind me telling them what to do!!

I do not think I have ever had a hippie boss, it might be chill to have a hippie boss though...
