Where art thou, BandAide?

I KNOW! And I feel funny about it and sort of desperate to post things, but after doing a little research I'm hesitant to post my poetry.

Here's why:

After you publish your poems on a website, even just a forum, it's in print and publishing companies don't want to see it again. So, if I post things I like, I can't submit them to most companies because they've been previously published. And why post things here that I don't like?

It's so aggravating!

I'm sure I'll break down sooner or later, but for now I'm just reading all the juicy stuff everyone else is posting.

that thought had occured to me before
because i keep a blog as well
and post a lot of my poetry there....

I wondered too, but I see now and understand, hopefully the world can see your poetry instead of just this little mini world, I can wait and im sure everyone else can too!! good luck with it bandaide!! :)
