How do you cultivate mushrooms, or more specifically any kind of magic/psilocybin containing mushrooms? Where do you get the mushrooms to start growing more from?
Thanks and Peace

Like cultivating anything, you have to do some research before you begin. There is a a good online source here:

...and there are some good books out there too! ("must haves..."):

good luck:)

I read some about thoose mushrooms earlier an it seems u have consume them after u pick them because the ingredience disapears fast after they are picked.
I checked out this site before, but I havenīt bought any spores from them.

It seems u can try to grow a bag with spores before u start to invest money in equipment:)

You'd have to do your own CAREFUL research for cultivation but usually you can buy spores at a head shop. They don't usually have them out (most time they refridgerate them) but you have to ask for them.

Hope it works out for you!

There are four major "ingredients" in magic mushrooms, but I will only focus on two of them. Firstly, there is psilocybin, the one "everyone" knows about. Psilocybin is metabolized in the liver into psilocin, the other "ingredient" you are talking about. In Psilocybe genus mushrooms, they will bruise blue after picking. This is the psilocin oxidizing. Some species have a lot of psilocin and thus are more potent when fresh; the cubensis species is not an exceptional holder of psilocin, though, so dried is just as good as fresh (plus, you don't have to eat as much dried).
