Hey Shaina! I'm new here! I was vegan for awhile and one of my favorite things was chickpea salad sandwich. Drain a can of chickpeas, mash them just a little bit with a potato masher (in a bowl!), add Nayonnaise, chopped celery and onion, mustard, salt, and pepper. You can eat it plain, but I love to put it in a whole wheat pita! Yummy and a complete protein!! Let me know how you like it! Peace. :hippie:

Okay, so when I read this post I thought you just misspelled Mayonnaise and began the word with an "n" and then I realized that mayonaise is derrived from eggs and so it isn't vegan. That being said, I'm assuming Nayonnaise is some sort of mayo sub.
Hmmm...
What is it? I've never heard of it.

I wondered the same thing also. It's seems like I've heard that word somewhere.

the best kind of mayonaise substitute is veganaise it tastes just like mayonaise which is awesome since i am alergic to eggs and cannot eat mayonaise you can find it in the refrigirated section of health food stores

Nayonnaise is a mayonnaise substitute. It's made from soymilk and seasonings and is vegan. I agree that veganaise is really yummy, but I always use Nayonnaise, because it's alot healthier for you--less processed and less fatty! Peace.
