i think you need to have a place that will host your pictures. do a search of "free image hosting" or something like that. the one i use is www.photobucket.com

Just go to the faq section and they give very simple instructions.

Your photos just need to be on your hard drive. That's all. It's that simple. Every post has an "add attachment" feature, click it and it will give you a "browse" option. Hit browse and all the files on your computer become available. You can upload from there.
