Hello friends,
I am in need of shelter for the summer. If anyone has an old yurt to sell or trade, I would be really interested. I live over in New England.
Peace and unbounded joy,
N.M.

Um...not to sound dumb or anything, but what exactly is a yurt?
Peace
Siobhan

Isn't a yurt a house made of mud and sticks?

If you come to Oregon there are a couple places where you can rent a yurt and vacation or whatever...

Ther is a nice yurt behind the Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, Maine. It's there for anyone to use. Part of the exercise course and trails, next to the Farmington/Livermore sled/atv trail. They even have a wood stove (with wood) so you can warm up. I think it was made by a co. in Ca.
