custom tee shirt

hello kynd peeple,
I have been trying to get a tee shirt printed or screened for a very special friend.
The image is of Ariel the mermaid with " Tilaweed " and is called the " Swimming Lesson" . I had one person attempt it in batik and it didn't come out. Some other people had a problem with the intellectual property issue but I'm not gonna make a thousand to make bank on it . It is such a beautiful image and I know she would love it. 4 color process is the only way to make it like that. I leave that to the experts, I may be an artist, but I never attempted it. I would contact a few t-shirt shops or even google some online shops. Now I never liked cafepress because of their views on using art, but they do individual shirts. But they may have a problem with copywritten material. I stopped using them when they pretty much said my art is theirs.

Now, you can buy printer paper that is for iron-on transfers, but your colors probably won't very vibrant. Just use fresh ink carts.

Other than that, that's all I can think of.

hey :) i made a color transfer of the ariel and tillaweed picture for you. it is nice! i can put it on a white t-shirt for you. let me know what size. i have a new adult medium i can use if that will fit. i have to work on reversing the image though b/c it will be reversed on the shirt, unless you don't mind that b/c there are no words on it anyway, so the image still looks nice. let me know if you want me to make it for you and send it. i will only charge for shipping and cost of supplies and labor.i will not be expensive. i would be happy to do it for you. i can also put it on any cotton item and embellish w/ a border of glitter paint perhaps? i will also accept a trade of something you could offer me.****heather
