Herb Grinders

I'm looking into buying an herb grinder (the hand twist type). I was wondering, should I get metal or wood?

I'm leaning more to the wood, but I just wanted to ask and see which one is better.

it's a funny thing you bring this up....

My boyfriend just bought one and he got a metal one. He accidently tighten it too much and then it got stuck. Since there's three places where it twist it was really hard to open. he had to oil it and just keep trying to open it. he finally got it open but just to let you know.... if you happen to buy a metal one.... make sure you oil it and don't tighten it too much

I'd say metal, and one that's nice a burly. The ones with thin little pins will eat themselves the first time you go to grind that super sticky bud.

Hmm, I had a martini shaker do that to me.. it was a booger to get it apart. I've been thinking of going with wood.

I like wood because it's natural and it always has a good look about it. I also like the combo between wood and weed..... I think the wood gives it a scent and a feel you know?

You know I've been using that grinder more and more and I think it's excellent. I've been grindin up all my stuff and it works out terrific. If anyone is thinking about buying a grinder I recommend them 100%

I picked up a wooden one up off of ebay for a few bucks. It does the job 100%
