Beautiful! Earth Day is so SOON! Just 17 Days I believe *April 22nd* Just wondering what ya'll are planning on doing for it, I have some ideas still trying to decide though. I'm severly dissapointed with Georgia though, no Georgians have any events registered! Gah, well I'm attempting to organize something.

If its nice out I was planning on taking my son for a long walk in his wagon and pick up garbage along the road and by the creek, someone dumped stuff there, some stuff will be too big for us to get in his wagon but we will get what we can, and I have bought these trees from the county they were cheap, and I will plant them near this little pond outback of my yard I may not do that on earth day but we will be picking up trash!!

for earth day i am going on a trip with the environmental club at my school to philly! we are going to the big festaval for earth day that they do every year. :p we are also going to have a booth at the festaval, it is about how we do composting at our school! that is a big project.

I do Earth day on a daily basis, so on Earth day I may just take the day off and veg out looking at all the trees and wild things around me :hippie:

Lol at barefoot. A few years ago I decided to get used to being barefoot again. So, off I went barefoot on the trail and the first thing I almost stepped on was a tarantula :sprachlos

Barefoot is just not safe in these woods. And it threw those belly spurs at me. Had to run. Sometime nature is not at all friendly.
