Recycling Centers

Blessings, I've just moved to a small town in Missouri and it has no recycling at all. I'd like to begin a discussion on ways to start a center on a very low budget. I have a shed out back, a big ole empty van which runs and a printer for flyers. Oh, and lots of energy! Nathan the nocturnal nutria.

I know what you feel. I live in a small town in north carolina, and most people here don't even know what recycling is, they would rather just throw garbage out the window of their car. Or chairs off the bed of their truck. Its disgusting.

No recycling out here, either. Just drunk rednecks, chewing and spitting, outta thier pickup trucks.
