I like just about any kind of music if it's good. But, that doesn't mean I listen to it very often... Mostly what I listen to is classic rock, jazz/fusion/acid jazz/blues, and electronic music with some heavy/death/black metal thrown in. Music I don't care much for would be popular rock, most hip-hop/rap, and country. Of course I love Willie, Waylon, Merle, and some others.

Everything, really. Whatever sounds good. Depends on the mood. Right now, I'm listening to the music in a Buster Keaton movie. Stuff from the 1920s. Way cool.
Peace,

What ever fits my mood. I love Jam bands, I like bluegrass. Lately My Blind Melon CD's have lived in my CD player once in awhile Fleetwood Mac or Black Crows find there way in other than that I live for Dave. Lately though I've been digging on Nickle Creek (bluegrass stuff) there jam outs really kick some major ass. But I like techo as well I have a Cd set called Budda Beats check it out its real mellow and it adds a Indian sound to the beats you might like it Zygan.
I am a huge fan of acoustic rock. I love it to death! I am also really into Flock of Seagulls and some 80's stuff as well as Idie rock and as people like to "label" it hardcore/screamo. If you know me you will understand I loathe labeling music, people, ect. There is no need. I just say I listen to the music my ears enjoy. Haha.

I listen to almost anything I can get my hands on, except for most country and most rap/hip-hop. I really like Johnny Cash, the original man in black, I also like certain forms of political hip-hop/intellectual hip-hop...Hmmm, music I would like to get into my collection:
Guster
Grateful Dead
Janis Joplin
Jimi Hendrix
more The Doors
Space Team Electra
CCR
Bob Dylan
CSN&Y
Neil Young
and a bunch, bunch more... :hippie:

I love Phish, not many other jam bands though. I do like String Cheese, Keller Williams, and I love funky jazz- John Scofield (his newer stuff), Karl Denson, the Greyboy Allstars, Robert Walters... I've loved 311 for awhile. The only stuff I really can't stand is country and hardcore rap, or songs with stupid cheesy lyrics.

I'm cool with it as long as it meets the following requirements.
It was made after 1945.
It was made before 1989.
It's not Joe Walsh
The singer does not sound constipated.
The musician has never killed a person.
The vocals are always louder than slide guitar.
No country.
No rap. (free-style 60s rap is ok)
My favorite bands right now are The Dead, Procol Harum, Ten Years After, Pink Floyd, and Neil Young (And Crazy Horse or the Stray Gators)
