Default Alkaline?

Does anyone have any information regarding the process of making your body alkaline, and how this affects cancers and such? Forrest maybe?

Ok, so basically you're tellling me that a good portion of what I eat is already doin the work to alkaline my body. So I personally, have lil need to Fast with Lemonade. Thanks.....I guess it couldn't hurt to add it to my diet for a while though, and do a limited Fast. Isn't Stevia Wonderful....Some people Don't like it, I think it's great. Sweet Tea Anyone? JK....To tell the Truth I like Unsweetened Tea. Once again, Thanks For The List.....Lovely.

On another Note....
Does anyone Know Where to get a Real Deal Yummie and Delicious Flower Tea? Loose Leaf With all the edible Flowers You can Stand.....I cannot Find it Anywhere....and it has been driving me Crazy. Luv Ya Big Hugs, Peace.

I feel I should Just try to make it myself....Uggg.

You can add some lemmon in your water a few times a week and it will help.Make sure you drink enough water every day.Stay away from sugar, soda.I got a chart a few years back showing where all foods sit in the ph scale of things.
Most veg. and fruits are good. Positive thoughts are more alkaline for your body. For real. Water is very important .

There's a book out called alkalize or die that you could check out.

In terms of tea I love yerba mate,it can come with stevia in it too.

I've been meaning to try that. Winter always seems like a good time to detoxify your body. Start the new year from scratch and all that. How much water do you usually put it in? And have you seen any results in the last week?

I put 2 tsp in 8 oz of water, which is a juice sized glass.
I feel like I am peeing alot more then normal, and I am sleeping really well. My skin feels great too, not so oily. Dunno if its related to the ACV or not, but Im gonna keep taking it.
