As any good veggie will allready know, this stuff is amazing!!

I can't buy it anywhere in Spain but I get bought over 3 tubes about twice a year, they don't last long!!

I'm looking for the recipe to make if not exactly the same then as damned near as poss.

I've made plenty of patés in my time but they're just not the same.
