Default White bean and blue cheese salad

This is sooooo good and so very, very easy!! I make it when I've had a little too much *ahem* smoke to make anything complicated.

2 TBSP cider vinegar
1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
(1) 16 ounce can cannelini beans or other white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes, preferably petite cut, drained
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the beans, tomatoes and blue cheese, toss gently yet thoroughly to combine. Let stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Toss again and serve at room temperature.
