Default Tomato Pie

ingredients:

pie crust
tomatoes
basil
protein crumbles
mayo ( I prefer lite)
mozzerella cheeze ( shredded)

put tomatoes in a circle in the pie crust, top each tomato with mayo and crumblies, fill with cheese, sprinkle basil on top. cook in the oven on 400 for about 5-7 mins or until cheese is melted. This is a really good meal. YUMMY!

Sounds almost like... pizza! Maybe just add a little cheese, some olives... yum.

Yes, you can use the burger stuff. You could try tofu chunks too, but I haven't tried it like that yet, and yeah, it's kinda like pzza, except way less greasy and definately more cheesy. Try it.
