hey i love these things but they're really expensive so I want to make them myself. Does anyone have the recipe?
Also, at the old forum there was this post about the book Cooking with the Dead, and I ordered it. I've tried some recipes from there and was wondering-if anyone else has it, maybe we could trade information. Like-how good did this one come out for you and such Peace! |

6 pitas
olive oil spices/herbs (I use dried garlic and sometimes add rosemary) Set oven to 325. Cut the pitas into 8 slices each. Brush the olive oil on the pita, and then sprinkle your spices/herbs on top. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on them, b/c they tend to bake quick. I serve mine with hummus.

yeah, daisyhemp, you should definitely buy it, some of the recipes are crazy but the stories and pictures and stuff are really cool to read .and look at.
How long did you bake your pita chips? I think mine needed more salt, but my friends loved them ![]() Peace! |
