Default recipe for pita chips?

hey i love these things but they're really expensive so I want to make them myself. Does anyone have the recipe?
Also, at th
e old forum there was this post about the book Cooking with the Dead, and I ordered it. I've tried some recipes from there and was wondering-if anyone else has it, maybe we could trade information. Like-how good did this one come out for you and such
Peace!

6 pitas
olive oil
spices/herbs (I use dried garlic and sometimes add rosemary)

Set oven to 325. Cut the pitas into 8 slices each. Brush the olive oil on the pita, and then sprinkle your spices/herbs on top. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on them, b/c they tend to bake quick. I serve mine with hummus.

...although i've only tried a handful of recipes from it.... i think its a good cookbook
Some of the recipes are a bit adventurous but they go along with the deadhead stories in the book too!
If you can get a used copy, thats even better!

peace
