Smile Cous Cous Q

What seasonings/spices are used to make cous cous? I just bought quite a bit of cous cous & need to know how to make it. I made it once, but can't remember how. Seems my memory is fading...

All I've ever done is cook it and put butter on it. Sorry, that's all I know

Peace,

Yeah, I just cook it plain and eat it with roasted veggies.

Substitute veggie broth for water on box directions.

Add cous cous to vegge boiling veggie broth and cover and let set for approx. 15 minutes or according to directions.

I will briefly fry a little bit red onion, garbanzo beans, grated carrots, and red bell pepper, then I add to boiling veggie broth. I will also add a little bit of curry about a teaspoon and some red pepper flakes.

This makes a tasty morrocan tajin cous cous.
