I saw a posting for help for cramps, here are a bunch of combinations of essential oils for help with PMS. You can burn them in an oil burner, put them in a bath alone or with milk or bath salts, or add to a carrier oil (olive, sweet almond or apricot kernel oil) and massage on abdomen and lower back.
Bloating: juniper, grapefruit, lemon General Irritability: bergamot, geranium, clary sage Sadness and Depression: bergamot, clary sage, rose Cramps: clary sage, lavender, Roman chamomile Fatigue: rosemary and basil to stimulate and energize, lavender and marjoram to encourage rest at the end of the day Headache: lavender, Roman chamomile, peppermint you can find oils and diffusers at health food stores or online at aromaland.com or dreamingearth.com or other places, I just like those.
