Default Any one having a veggie christmas?

I was wondering if anyone is making any yummy veggie dishes for Christmas?
I am making veggie lasagna, candied yams, mashed potatoes and veggie gravy, stuffing, salad with homemade dressing, apricot sauce, rolls, and some veggies (asparagus, green bean casserole, and brussel sprouts).

My sister made the BEST stuffing/dressing...really chunky with lots of nuts, corn bread, celery, onion, garlic and chestnuts too! She also makes great candied yams and potatoes! It was the most delicious Xmas, which I'll remember for a long time to come.

Every Yule is veggie for me!
My parents are big meat eaters so when I go to their house for dinners, I usually bring a salad and some sort of veggie protien dish. Last time I brought gluten steaks and chomped through a couple of those as well as the tons of veggies my mom always prepares. Get a few funny look from my relatives but my grandfather loved the gluten steaks!
