There are many ways to reduce plastic use at home! Often times we use plastic, but don’t realize it. I actually took out a sheet of paper and made a little mark every time I used plastic throughout the day. Although it wasn’t horrible, it was still too much. The most common offender was plastic wrap & wrap tupperware type containers. Thankfully these are easy fixes!

Here are a few ideas to get you started, with some eco-friendly products available

In the Kitchen:

  • Ditch disposable water bottles: Invest in a reusable water bottle and refill it throughout the day. This will save you money and plastic waste. Consider a stainless steel bottle like the Hydro Flask 21 oz Standard Mouth Water Bottle  they are durable and will keep your water cold for hours.
